Masters of Physical Therapy, Samuel Merritt University

Bio
Nandi is a lifelong learner who has spent over two decades perfecting the art of truly listening. Since graduating from Samuel Merritt University in 2004 with his master’s in physical therapy, he's discovered that the best treatment plans aren't found in textbooks—they're found in the subtle cues and honest feedback his patients give him every single session. That philosophy has shaped 21 years of outpatient practice where every patient feels genuinely heard, acknowledged, and empowered.
Nandi’s approach is matched by a deep technical curiosity that traces back to his athletic roots. His love affair with throwing mechanics started on the baseball diamond and continued through his javelin days in junior college, sparking a fascination with shoulder biomechanics that still drives his practice today. But don't mistake specialization for limitation—Nandi is proudly a jack of all trades, bringing curiosity and adaptability to every person who walks through the door. His 2012 Pilates certification added another dimension to his toolkit, enabling him to teach core strengthening methods that stick with patients long after they leave the clinic.
Nandi is invested in making sure you leave not just pain-free, but confident in your ability to stay that way. Whether you're 8 or 80, dealing with your first injury or your fifth comeback, his goal is the same: to guide you toward successful recovery while teaching you how to maintain and build on your progress independently. When he's not helping patients reclaim their strength, you'll find him chasing his own adventures—from kettlebell complexes and mountain biking to skiing powder and catching waves, all while cooking for his family, keeping up with their miniature poodle Kona, and indulging in whatever sporting event or trashy reality show happens to be on.
